The scientific evaluation process for applications submitted under the CoCirculation 3 Programme – 2025 Call has been completed, and it has been decided to support the top 51 project proposals with the highest scores. The 20 project proposals ranked between 52nd and 71st according to their scores have been designated as the reserve list. Applicants on the reserve list may be granted support in place of applicants who do not initiate their funding in the main list. Please click here for the list of supported projects.
The ethical evaluation process for the projects approved for support is ongoing. If deemed necessary by the ethics panel, an “Ethics Committee Approval Document” will also be requested from the relevant applicants among the project initiation documents. Information regarding the process and the required documents will be provided via e-mail.
Applicants will be able to access the Evaluation Summary Report (ESR), which include the feedback and comments of the panelists, through the Panel Management System (pys.tubitak.gov.tr). An e-mail notification will be sent regarding this matter.
Applicants who have any objections to the evaluation process may submit a request for redress within one week of the publication of the evaluation results. Such requests must be limited to procedural aspects and cannot challenge the scientific judgments of the experts regarding the merits of the proposal.
