The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) is proud to introduce a new Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND project titled “Co-Funded Brain Circulation Scheme 3 (CoCirculation3)“. CoCirculation3 is the successor of the CoCirculation2 and CoCirculation programs, previously supported under Horizon 2020 and FP7, respectively. The CoCirculation3 project was selected for funding under the HORIZON-MSCA-2022-COFUND-01 call and received the highest possible budget from the European Commission. Grant agreement preparations began following its approval on 14 June 2024, and the project is set to start on 1 June 2025.
CoCirculation3 is a 5-year initiative that aims to attract experienced researchers from all nationalities to conduct high-quality research projects at Türkiye’s leading academic and non-academic research-performing organizations. The programme is designed to position Türkiye as a center of excellence and an attractive destination for top-level researchers worldwide. A total of 100 researchers will be supported through three calls for proposals between 2025 and 2027.
The objective of CoCirculation3 is to enhance the career prospects of experienced researchers by providing advanced training, international and intersectoral mobility opportunities.
