In line with the provisions specified in the Call Text, the evaluation process is conducted under the following three categories:
- Applications meeting all application requirements and with complete documentation
Applications of candidates who fully meet the application requirements and whose submitted documents are complete have been forwarded to the scientific evaluation stage.
Applications meeting the requirements but having formal deficiencies or errors
For candidates who meet the application requirements but have formal deficiencies or errors in their submitted information or documents, the application system (TÜBİTAK MIS – TYBS: https://tybsng.tubitak.gov.tr/ ) has been reopened for a one-week revision period between 9 January and 19 January 2026.Applicants are notified if their documents are unreadable, incomplete, missing required signatures, not prepared in accordance with the prescribed templates, or missing pages.
This revision process is strictly limited to correcting such formal deficiencies and does not allow the submission of new documents or entirely revised project proposals.
Applications of candidates who successfully complete the identified deficiencies within the given timeframe will be forwarded to the scientific evaluation stage.
Applications of candidates who fail to complete the required revisions within the specified period will be rejected without proceeding to scientific evaluation.- Applications not meeting the application requirements
Applications of candidates who are determined not to meet the application requirements have been rejected.
Applicants are strongly advised to check their email inboxes (including spam/junk folders) for official notifications. In particular, candidates whose applications have been reopened for revision are kindly requested to carefully review their emails and complete all required corrections within the given timeframe, as the revision period will end on 19 January 2026 at 17:30. Revisions not completed by this deadline will not be taken into consideration.
